Eligibility for Returns

Products must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.

A valid proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Opened or used thermal rolls and consumables 

 

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
  • Opened or used thermal rolls and consumables (unless defective).

 

Steps to initiate a Return

  • Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the item back to us.

3. Shipping the Product:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

4. Inspection & Refund:

  • Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it. Refund or replacement will be processed within 7 business days if the product meets the return criteria. 

Refund Options

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer.

Damage or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
